Dingle, a veritable foodie destination town and also home to Fungi, probably the world's oldest dolphin who has been performing for the tourists since 1983! Dingle is also home to some of the oldest settlements in Ireland and home to the Dingle Distillery, possibly Ireland's first new distillery outside of the global brewers and maker of the World's best gin.
